The WC270-RJ3G gasoline potable water service cart is capable of pumping 75.5 litres (20 gallons) of water per minute to the aircraft at 29 psi maximum with its Honda GX160 electric start engine coupled to a Teel centrifugal pump.
Its Honda GX160 electric start engine is easy to use and maintain, featuring a fuel tank capacity of 3.1 litres, aluminium push rods, double oil drains and fill, high compression ratio and a simple throttle control. Additionally, it is CARB and EPA certified, meaning this electric start engine meets the Environmental Protection Agency’ requirements regarding environmentally safe systems.
The WC270-Rj series can transport up to 1,022 litres (270 gallons) of potable water, ideal for commercial airline servicing. The 12-gauge stainless steel water tank system is completely winterised along with the other compartments of the cart, which are stored in high-density foam insulated compartments with on-board heaters in order to keep the cart equipped for the most extreme wintery months.
This durable water service cart, features a 3,628.7 litre (8,000 lbs) galvanised steel chassis which protects the cart from unwanted damage. Additionally, the cabinet is made with heavy-gauge aluminium and it comes equipped with a grip-strut working deck for added durability and protection.
As standard, the unit comes complete with all the required hoses, couplers and other components ready to service the aircraft, including a tank fill kit with one-way valve, fluid level gauge, 4.9 metre-long (16 inches) fill hose with coupler and plug.
